At e-dawa.com, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which products can be returned or refunded.


1. General Policy

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, returns and refunds are subject to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Prescription medicines

  • Temperature-sensitive items (e.g., insulin, vaccines)

  • Personal care and hygiene products

However, we will issue a refund or replacement under certain valid conditions.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item

  • The product was missing essential components

  • The delivery was incomplete or wrong due to our error

Note: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and invoices intact.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products without original packaging/invoice

  • Items not purchased from e-dawa.com

  • Products requested for return after 7 days of delivery

  • Medicines or products returned due to a change of mind


4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is picked up and verified, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.

Refunds are not issued:

  • If the product is found tampered or used

  • If the reason for return is not covered under eligible return reasons

  • If return is initiated after the return period has lapsed
